Delete Your BoardSpy Account

You can permanently delete your BoardSpy account and all of your data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the BoardSpy app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you:

• Send to support@boardspy.site
• Subject: Delete my BoardSpy account
• Include the email address associated with your account.

We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days (usually within a few business days).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data tied to it, including:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Your saved commute routes and schedules
• Traffic, weather, and route insight history
• Voice assistant session history
• Notification/alert history and registered devices
• Deal and keyword preferences, referral and billing records

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data we may retain

After deletion we do not keep your personal data. We may retain limited, anonymized or aggregated records, and any information we are legally required to keep (for example, basic transaction records for tax or fraud-prevention purposes) for the period required by law. Such records are not used to identify you.
